Who we are

Mansell Fitness is part of Mansell Group Ltd, which is the controller of the personal information collected through this website (mansellfitness.co.uk). You can contact us about anything in this notice at [email protected].

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your organisation or what you’re interested in, your message, and your consent choices. If you email or message us directly, we receive the details you send.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to arrange and deliver that work.
• To send you occasional news, only if you tick the box to say you’d like it. You can opt out at any time.

We rely on your consent to keep your enquiry details and to send news, and on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract when we follow up on an enquiry.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. Enquiries are stored in our enquiry system, which runs on Cloudflare, and notifications are sent by email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data protection terms. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and delete them when they’re no longer needed.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies or analytics tracking.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
